Terms & Conditions

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Axiom platform and related services ("Service") operated by Axiom Analytics Ltd, 12 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, 75011 Paris, France ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Service Description

Axiom provides AI-assisted prediction tools for online games — currently including Towers, Mines, and Stairs ("AI Tools"). The AI Tools analyse statistical patterns to generate probabilistic suggestions. The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Access is granted in two tiers:

• Trial access — limited-time, free access granted at the discretion of your assigned advisor (curator) to allow evaluation of the AI Tools.
• VIP (full) access — paid subscription providing unrestricted access to all AI Tools, granted by the curator upon purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Meet the minimum legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from accessing such services under applicable law
• Provide accurate information when requested by your advisor

By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may terminate access if we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.

4. Important Risk Disclaimer

The AI Tools generate probabilistic suggestions based on statistical pattern analysis. They are not guaranteed to be accurate for any individual game session.

• Predictions reflect aggregate historical patterns — individual outcomes vary
• No model can predict every outcome; all games involve inherent randomness
• All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user
• The Service does not encourage excessive or irresponsible gaming behaviour

If you have concerns about your gaming habits, please contact a relevant support organisation (e.g. gamblingtherapy.org or the National Council on Problem Gambling Nigeria).

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Share, resell, or transfer your access credentials to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access or scrape the Service
• Circumvent access controls or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure
• Upload or transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Axiom Analytics Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

VIP access requires payment of a subscription fee as communicated by your advisor. Payment details, pricing, and billing cycles are agreed between you and the curator directly.

All prices are stated inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any financial losses, game losses, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI Tool suggestions.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.

9. Reporting Illegal Content

In accordance with applicable Nigerian digital regulations, you may report any content on the Service that you believe to be illegal by contacting us at:

Please include a description of the content, its location on the Service, and the reason you believe it is illegal. We will assess the report and take appropriate action.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or for legitimate operational reasons, with notice where legally required.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To cancel a paid subscription, contact your advisor.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice (at minimum 30 days for existing subscribers). Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nigerian consumers benefit from protections under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) that cannot be excluded by contract.

Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Nigeria.
